While no system is completely secure, the MSU Foundation takes every precaution to safeguard and respect the personal information given to us by our donors. Many of these measures are done in collaboration with the MSU Alumni Association, as our units share a common database.

We collect only the domain name, but not the email address of visitors to our webpage, the email addresses of those who communicate with us via email, information volunteered by the visitor, such as survey information and site registrations. The information we collect is not shared with third party vendors, with the exception of Southern University System Foundation Affinity Partners who assist in providing support for our internal operations and help promote the SUS Foundation. If you supply us with your postal address, email address, or telephone number on-line you may receive periodic mailings from us with information on new products and services or upcoming events. From time to time, we make our contact list available to other reputable organizations whose products or services we think you might find interesting. Please provide us with your exact name, address, email address, and telephone number to be removed. We will be sure your information is removed from the list we share with other organizations. Additionally, we do not partner with or have special relationships with any ad server companies. We may use information for new, unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in our privacy notice. If our information practices change, we will post the policy changes to our Web site to notify you of these changes and provide you with the ability to opt out of these new uses. If you are concerned about how your information is used, you should check back at our website periodically. Please note that we have appropriate security measures in place in our physical facilities to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of information we have collected from you at our site.
