Southern University Agricultural Land-Grant Campus (SUALC) is hosting a Bayou Rodeo, Trail Ride, and Zydeco Dance at its M. A. Edmond Livestock Arena, 14600 Scenic HWY on 61N. The event will be held Saturday, April 14, 2018. Get your 3 for the price of 1 ticket TODAY for only $15.

The rodeo will focus heavily on youth (ages 21 and under) and adults. Funds generated will include providing financial assistance to students in the College of Agricultural, Family and Consumer Sciences (CAFCS), other campus students, and future jaguars.

Rodeos, trail rides, and zydeco dances are integral fabrics of agriculture. Approximately 5.3 million individuals attended a rodeo event across the country in 2017. Rodeo is said to be America’s #1 sports because you can find a rodeo event almost year-around.  Campers are welcome, no ATVs allowed on the grounds. This event is open to all age groups.
