Funds raised are used to continue the following endeavors of the Timbuktu Academy:

(1) Pre-college academic enrichment

(2) The systemic mentoring of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) undergraduates

(3) Aid with the guidance of alumni to graduate school or the job market
