Applications Development Intern
Major: Computer Science
Leah Kight was ready to take on the challenges expected of her as an applications development intern at IBM Technology Services Center in Baton Rouge primarily due to the quality education and guidance she received as a student at Southern University.
“Everyday is a learning opportunity for me. I am a part of a great team of dedicated people who care about my learning experiences. This internship allows me to be a team player and has helped me with time management,” said Kight.
Kight credits the SU Department of Computer Science and the SU Office of Career Services for providing the tools she needed to stand out as a great intern candidate.
