The Damien Chapman Lagniappe scholarship was established to celebrate and show appreciation to our generous, dedicated and amazing Southern University and A&M College alumnus, Damien Chapman, and his commitment to excellence, higher education, philanthropy and always giving us a little extra!

• Recipient must be enrolled as a full-time upperclassman student (sophomore or higher) attending Southern University and A&M College pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Member of the Southern University “Human Jukebox” Marching Band
• Evidence of remaining financial need after all support and financial aid applied
