As the only HBCU system in the nation, Southern University proudly hosts a community-wide Juneteenth event
featuring:
- Live music, spoken word, and dance performances
- Author talks, book giveaways, and literacy-focused activities
- Cultural exhibits and local vendor marketplace
- Youth and family programming
