The Damien Ejigiri Doctoral Educational Advancement Fund established by the inaugural cohort of the EPhD program. Its purpose is to ensure the perpetuity of the program and Southern University in A&M college; in the Nelson Mandela college of Government and Social Sciences. Furthermore it serves to publicly recognize academic contributions of his name sake in doctoral education.
