“The Workforce Training Center will afford more opportunities for skills training and certification programs. Local businesses can send their employees for training rather than having them travel out of the area, thereby reducing travel cost. The certification programs will enhance the skills of the local workforce and allow those who do not wish to earn a degree increased opportunities for a higher wage paying position in the workforce.”
